good variety quality linen great towels slow check-in wall cracks homestay feeling

the breakfast had a good variety of dishes i liked the heater provided in the room the linen and towels were of great quality

the check-in process was very slow it took over an hour i had to do another check-in at the main hotel our room had cracks on the walls it gave me a homestay feeling instead of a 4-star hotel

chaotic check-in unremarkable room

the location is certainly convenient for exploring the area.

Check in process was like herding cats, very chaotic. the room itself was unremarkable, nothing like photos suggest. also, the breakfast buffet was a free-for-all. I had to bus my own table just to find a spot.

wonderful experience at high altitude

delicious breakfast friendly staff clean room perfect location

the hotel is situated perfectly for visiting ba na hills it saved us time and allowed us to see attractions without crowds the breakfast was delicious the staff was friendly i found the room very clean. i really liked being able to access the sun world area when it was less crowded. the ability to miss the main crowds. the location is just the best.

the room was quite small it had a limited space but overall this did not affect the enjoyment of my stay.

convenient stay at high altitude

indoor pool breakfast feast

i booked two family bunks. our rooms were near each other in the bordeaux building. this building was conveniently across from the indoor pool house. the included breakfast highlighted vietnamese specialties while also providing western staples.

i found the service at check in to be slow. it took more than one hour. i had to complete another check in at the main hotel.

i appreciated the bellman service that helped with baggage from the cable car to the hotel reception. the staff ensured luggage reached my room safely. the breakfast buffet featured a wide selection. i found several choices to suit my tastes and dietary needs.

malfunctioning key card limited privacy

the buffet breakfast was acceptable though not really good.

The key card malfunctioned consistently , this caused considerable inconvenience. I was informed of a room upgrade at check-in, but instead i received a room with a small window overlooking a restaurant's seating area which limited natural light and privacy.
